How to do it

Before you start polishing, give the surface proper sanding – that’s the key to a perfect result.
Choose the grit based on the condition of the material, just like I do every day when polishing:

• wheels usually P60–P600
• tanks P180–P600

Then just mount the wheel, apply the compound, and let the shine take over.
The wheels have a marked rotation direction, so the work is simple and clean.
And don’t forget – a trimmed wheel = finer surface = higher shine.
