AO41 ABRASIVE NON-WOVEN PAD – AGGRESSIVE SURFACE UNIFICATION AFTER SANDING

I use AO41 abrasive non-woven pads when I need to quickly level the surface after sanding and remove more visible transitions or marks. I was looking for a material with enough cutting power, but without creating deep scratches like traditional sandpaper.

Compared to finer variants, AO41 is harder and significantly more aggressive.
It efficiently removes material, unifies the surface structure, and prepares it for the next steps without unnecessary extra work.

I use it as an intermediate step after sanding – ideal before finer pads or pre-polishing.
It quickly creates a uniform base, making it easier to continue towards the final finish.

It saves a lot of time and effort – instead of several sanding steps, you get the result much faster. Keep medium to higher RPM depending on the material and pressure.

Always use protective equipment – gloves, safety glasses, and a respirator.
More aggressive sanding produces more dust and particles, so always work safely.
