The Green Pre-Polishing Compound is designed for the second phase of polishing aluminium and stainless steel – right where sanding (P320) and heavy cutting (grey compound) end, and real shine begins.

It is used after sanding the surface (typically up to P600) and, combined with an orange hard or yellow soft polishing wheel, prepares the metal for the final polishing stage.
It quickly removes remaining sanding marks and evens out the structure so the surface can turn into a smooth, vivid mirror.

How to use:

Sand the surface to the required fineness (e.g., P600).
Trim the polishing wheel using a wheel trimmer – this removes residue and refines the surface.
Apply the green compound to the spinning wheel (first application 3–5 s, next ones 2–3 s).
Polish using a cross pattern – left to right, bottom to top.
Continue until all sanding marks disappear and the surface becomes smooth and uniform.

Pro tip:
Polish at higher RPMs – for example, Makita 3200 rpm, DeWalt 3500 rpm, or Flex 4900 rpm.
Higher RPM = better compound performance and faster results.
