POLISHING WHEEL FLANGE – SECURE MOUNTING THAT LASTS

Lightweight, precise and durable – a detail that determines the lifespan of your polisher
At first glance it may look insignificant, but in reality it's one of the most important components.
The flange (mounting adapter) is responsible for securing the polishing wheel safely and correctly to a polisher or grinder with variable speed control.
It is a small but essential part of the entire polishing setup – it determines stability, smooth operation and machine longevity.
The flange consists of two parts – one with an M14 internal thread, the other with a 14 mm center hole.
Both parts clamp the polishing wheel with a 75 mm center hole from both sides, and when tightened with a wrench, they ensure a firm connection to the machine.
Durability proven in practice
How it works:
Insert both parts of the flange on the outer sides of the wheel (75 mm center hole).
Pay attention to the direction of rotation, indicated both on the wheel and the polisher.
Insert a wrench into the flange holes and tighten firmly to secure the wheel.
Make sure the connection is tight but not overtightened – this prevents thread damage.
Recommended RPM: suitable for the full speed range of polishers with smooth variable control.

Features:
- Two-piece design – one part with M14 thread, the other with a 14 mm opening
- Made from lightweight aluminum alloy – minimal load on the machine
- Compatible with all polishers using M14 thread
- Designed for wheels with a 75 mm center hole
- Secure and stable clamping without vibrations
- Fast wheel changes – easy tightening with a wrench
